The economics minister for Belgium's French-speaking Wallonia region was in Iraq Monday, heading a delegation of business leaders to discuss prospects for cooperation.
Serge Kubla, who arrived in Baghdad on Saturday, said the visit was a first for Belgium in an interview to the newspaper Le Soir.
"It's a first for Belgium after ten years of blacklisting of the country by the international community," said Kubla.
