Batelco Employee to Participate in Leadership Trust Programme

Batelco Account Manager Amjad Al Alawi has been selected to participate in the annual Leadership Trust programme which is organised by the Young Arab Leaders-Bahrain in partnership with BAE Systems.

The Leadership Trust is a unique programme that assists in the development of future leaders. This year’s event is scheduled to take place in the UK from 31st July to 17th August.

Only eight participants from Bahrain were selected following a rigorous application process.

“We are proud that one of our staff members has been selected to attend this international programme,” said Batelco Board Secretary and Company Spokesman.

“Enhancing the education of the Kingdom’s future industry leaders forms an important part of Batelco’s annual financial commitment. Among other key initiatives, Batelco supports the Crown Prince’s Scholarship Fund and King Hamad’s School’s of the Future Project.”
