Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued on Monday a royal decree No. 6 for 2004, appointing a new member at the Tenders Council.
The decree specified the that Dr. Hassan Muhammed Al - Bastaki has been appointed as an alternate member in the Tenders Council (Bids Council) in replacement of Abdulaziz Abass Al-Qassab.
