A total of 92 percent of Bahrainis eat fishes at least one time a week, a study, which was published on Friday in the kingdom revealed. This is the highest rate in the Arab World, according to the study. According to <i>BNA</I>, it added fishes contain the best oil, which helps in protecting the body from heart diseases. The study noted that people in Bahrain have a wrong belief, saying that drinking milk after eating fish is a bad habit and causes skin eruption and digestive problems.
