Bahrain trimmed its budget deficit by USD168m last year, Mid-East Financial Information (AME Info) reported Wednesday.
According to the central bank report published Tuesday, some 55 percent of state revenue comes from oil, and a further 10 percent from aluminum exports, said AME adding that the GDP rose by four percent in 1999 in real terms.
