ALBAWABA- Gunmen attempted to storm a police station in Saravan, southeastern Iran, triggering a deadly clash with security forces.
According to the Sistan and Baluchestan provincial police media center, three assailants were killed and two others arrested during the confrontation.
Tasnim News Agency reported that the attack also left one police officer dead. The incident unfolded in the volatile province bordering Pakistan, an area that has seen repeated militant activity.
