The Arab League Secretary

According to BNA, the Arab league Secretary general assistant for political and international affairs, Ambassador Ahmed bin Hala said that the granting counties which promised Iraq with a 30 Billion Dollars, only 1 Billion was received. The ambassador hopped for a fulfill to rebuilt Iraq.
Bin Hala which heads the Arab league delegation to Iraq Granting Countries Conference held currently in Jordan declared in an interview with Arab voice radio that the Arab League set three priorities to rebuilt Iraq: Water, electricity and unemployment which exceeds 30 percent. He also stressed that the secretary-general of the Arab League had offered a specific vision in order to meet a solution, which unfortunately some of the parties did not respond
