ALBAWABA- Tensions between Iran, Israel, and the United States have exploded into open confrontation as Iran launched two ballistic missiles near Israel’s Dimona nuclear facility, reportedly striking the Israeli Air Force’s Nevatim base, Iranian Press TV said.
The Iranian military declared this a direct response to Israeli aggression, warning civilians in Tel Aviv and Haifa to evacuate immediately “to preserve their lives.”
Iran’s Chief of Staff, General Mousavi, accused Israel of systematically violating international law, attacking Iranian civilians, scientists, and media institutions, including a strike on Iran’s state television.
He described previous Iranian operations as deterrent but said a new phase of “punitive operations” is beginning, aimed at exacting retribution for the blood of martyrs. “We have dealt severe blows to the enemy’s vital infrastructure,” he said, vowing that Iran’s armed forces will not relent until justice is served.
The escalation comes amid credible reports, cited by Axios and CNN, that the United States is preparing for direct military involvement. President Donald Trump is reportedly considering airstrikes on Iran’s key nuclear facilities, particularly the heavily fortified Fordow enrichment site.
Pentagon sources confirm that U.S. B-52 bombers are on standby in Diego Garcia, while American jets are ready to refuel Israeli aircraft mid-mission.
In a series of explosive social media posts, Trump called for the “unconditional surrender” of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
He asserted that the U.S. intelligence community knows Khamenei’s exact location, stating, “He is an easy target, but we will not take him out—for now.” Trump warned that American patience is running out, declaring, “We have full control of Iran’s skies.”
Meanwhile, Vice President J.D. Vance defended the administration’s stance, arguing that Iran’s uranium enrichment has surpassed civilian thresholds and breached international agreements.
