Al Qudra Real Estate (AQRE) and Q-Active, both subsidiaries of Al Qudra Holding, announced the launch of an unprecedented service in the region which is a technological link among the towers of Danet Abu Dhabi. Currently under development by AQRE, Danet Abu Dhabi is strategically located at the entrance of Abu Dhabi city.
This announcement came during a presentation held by AQRE for a number of representatives of prominent real estate and construction companies as well as architects and consultants involved in the Danet Abu Dhabi project. Q-Active, the technology investment arm of Al Qudra Holding, stated that it had agreed with AQRE to implement a technological link between the 38 towers in the project in order to provide an integrated technical platform which will facilitate communication, security and smart technologies.
According to Dr. Gabi Kassab, Executive Director of Q-Active, the company has finalized the technological link project and ensure its sets the standards for excellence by offering services which will shape the Danet Abu Dhabi community. The end result will be a unique, technology-enabled community of residential, business and leisure components that exist in perfect harmony.
