Al-Markazia Central Trade and Auto Company, the exclusive dealer for Toyota, Lexus and Hino vehicles in the Kingdom, recently received the Customer Service Excellence Award from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in Japan, for the distinguished level of services it offers to its customers.
The award comes under a program launched by TMC for its distributors around the world to measure the strengths and weaknesses in services offered to customers, and to motivate them to apply safety and integrity standards. Eligibility is determined in a point system set by TMC and applied universally to all its distributors around the world.
The award is granted by TMC to any distributor that collects the required number of points in recognition for their excellence in providing services to customers. Al-Markazia was selected as one of the best Toyota distributors in Asia and the Middle East along with other Toyota dealers in Iran, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Yemen.
