Al Islami Foods announces largest ever presence at Gulfood 2010

Al Islami Foods, the leading halal food producer in the Middle East, today announced its largest ever presence at Gulfood show this year.  The company has been nominated for the ‘Best Halal Food’ by Gulfood Awards producers; participates in first Gulfood Conference to highlight latest industry trends and issues.
The Gulfood exhibition will run from February 21st to February 24th, 2010 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Al Islami has already been nominated for the ‘Best Halal Food’ Award under ‘Best Brands and Products’ category by the first Gulfood Awards organisers. Other award categories include: Foodservcie and Hospitality, Sustainability, Health and Ingredients, Marketing, Packaging and Gulfood Premier Awards. The winners will be announced in high profile ceremony on 22nd of February, 2010.
The first Gulfood Conference, which will coincide the exhibition from February 21st until February 24th. Mr. Alex Andarakis, CEO, Al Isalami Foods, who is among the key speakers will talk about ‘Global Halal Mega Trends’ on February 23rd.
