‘Acer Care Camp’ – IT Vendor’s Pioneering Free Initiative to Empower Potential Customers
Acer Computer, the Middle East’s leading supplier of notebook and desktop computers, has announced its ‘Acer Care Camp’, an initiative to provide Acer users free servicing and maintenance for their computers.
“With customer service taking precedence in today’s competitive IT market, Acer’s service program is a realisation of our long-term commitment to empowering customers,” said Bernard Lobo, Service Account Manager, Customer Service Division, Acer Computer ME.
“Acer end-users can take advantage of this unique facility to enhance their entire computer experience. We want to offer something extraordinary and the ‘Acer Care Camp’ is just that, an opportunity to provide a value-added service to all our users,” added Lobo.
The ‘Acer Care Camp’ runs from the 14 - 16 August 2007, and enables interested Acer customers to visit major Acer retailers for free servicing.
Major retailers include Jumbo and Redington.
Acer Computer (M.E) has been awarded ‘Superbrands’ status for 2007 by the Superbrands organisation, an independent arbiter on branding.
