Activists from Reporters without Boarders demonstrated on Friday, October 28, outside the Algerian embassy in Paris to mark the 500th day of Algerian newspaper editor, Mohamed Benchicou, in the Algerian prison.
<i>Algeria News</i> reports that the activists tied balloons in the colors of the Algerian flag to the embassy railings, together with small bags of medicines as an additional gesture of support for Benchicou, who has been seriously ill for the last several months.
