Police arrested 39 people, including 32 foreigners for their alleged links to ISIS in Istanbul Monday, according to a police source.
Istanbul Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Unit teams carried out operations in eight districts of the port city simultaneously, the source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on talking to the media, said.
At least 319 people have lost their lives in ISIS terror attacks in Turkey.
