Beirut-based A-Safir newspaper on Thursday said that the Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri told his associates that the comments by Hizuollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah are "very important and sensitive," and that he strongly supports giving all the time and effort required to take a new path in the investigation of his father's 2005 murder.
Hariri said that the Special Tribunal is seriously considering the materials presented by Nasrallah, noting that Nasrallah's words reflect the view of many Lebanese. "I personally support the probe because I want to know the truth." Hariri stressed that if the evidences provided by Nasrallah require listening to Israelis and if Israel refuses to respond "For me, Israel will become from accused to convict."
