Jordan's residents faced dangerous floods on Thursday after a storm hit the capital, Amman. But Jordanians still managed to find the humor out of the water.
One of the driest countries in the world, Jordan doesn't often see this much water — despite the storm only lasting 40 minutes Thursday morning, the rain managed to flood the streets, send cars floating and buildings filling up with water.
So it's not every day that Jordan's residents get the opportunity to Photoshop dolphins into the background, which on Thursday showed rivers of stormwater. The hashtag "Amman sinks" in Arabic began trending that day when Jordanians took to Twitter to share their jokes.

Amman tour offers:
Mecca Street Sea: 60 dinars, includes breakfast + mud
Downtown Sea: 80 dinars, includes ferry trip + breakfast at Hashem Restaurant + scuba diving
Then there are the Photoshops.
Amman Mayor Aqel Biltaji was a major target, as many residents blamed him for the infrastructure problems.
But here is Jordan's Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, who also made an appearance as a seaman in a doctored photo.
