Madame Tussauds Dubai is the first of its kind in the Middle East but it is the 25th of the museum series which was started by the French wax figure artist Marie Tussaud in London, the UK in 1835.
While Madame Tussauds London continues to be the world's biggest so far, other branches that have been spread across the world have gained immense popularity over time, drawing visitors and tourists in bulk.
Madame Tussauds Dubai opened it doors to the public on the 16th of October 2021 during the same month when the city of Dubai inaugurated the long-awaited Expo 2020, providing tourists of the city with yet one more spot to visit during their stay.

The Standard Admission Ticket costs 135 AED ($37 USD) at the gate, and 122 AED ($33 USD) online.
