ALBAWABA Morocco was rocked by a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8, resulting in the tragic loss of over 2,000 lives and extensive destruction in multiple regions.
Natural disasters such as earthquakes can strike with little warning, leaving devastation in their wake. During these challenging times, people often turn to their faith for solace, strength, and hope.
One way to do this is through the recitation of duas (prayers) that are believed to bring comfort and blessings to those affected.

- "Ya Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate, we turn to You in this time of great hardship and suffering. We beseech You to shower Your mercy upon the people of Morocco who have been struck by this devastating earthquake.
- O Allah, do not kill us with your punishment, nor destroy us with your torment, and forgive us before that.
- O Allah, I seek Your refuge from death by crushing, death by falling, death by burning and extreme old age. And I seek refuge from the fact that Satan will make me feel bad at the time of death. And I seek your refuge from turning my back on the field of Jihad and I seek refuge from the bite of wild animals.
SURAT AZ-ZALZALAH (THE EARTHQUAKE)
IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, THE BENEFICENT, THE MERCIFUL
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake (1) And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, (2) And man saith: What aileth her? (3) That day she will relate her chronicles, (4) Because thy Lord inspireth her. (5) That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. (6) And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, (7) And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. (8)
