Kempinski announces the appointment of a Regional Director for Public Relations in the Middle East

Kempinski Hotels Group, announced the appointment of Ms. Lashley Pulsipher to the position of Regional Director of Public Relations in the Middle East, based in Dubai.

She said in a press statement today that assigning her this position came to strengthen the global presence of Kempinski Hotels in the Middle East, and the development of relations with the media and tourism sectors in the Arabian Gulf region.

Ms. Pulsipher was pleased with this appointment, and said, “I am pleased to be part of the Kempinski team during an exciting expansion period in the Middle East under the leadership of Mr. Ulrich Eckhardt, Kempinski President of Middle East & Africa. Over the next few years Kempinski Middle East will see the development of several new luxury hotels in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Iraq, and Syria, as well as two new openings this year in Dubai- on Palm Jumeirah, and Bahrain.”

And went on saying that the expansion of Kempinski’s portfolio reflects the company’s long standing presence as a market leader in the region. Kempinski runs the most luxurious hotels and resorts in the UAE and the GCC and the Middle East, the most prominent of which is the Emirates Palace Hotel.

She confirmed that the group is keen to expand their presence in the Middle East through the construction of new hotels and resorts to meet the significant growth in tourism.

Ms. Pulsipher has worked recently on the pre-opening of the YOTEL in New York, which is owned by IFA Hotels & Resorts.

She also worked over the past several years, as the Manager of Public Relations for Nakheel Hotels’ global portfolio.
