Jordan Ahli Bank granted exclusivity to act as custodian, paying agent and registrar for Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company

Jordan Ahli Bank's representative Mr. Issa Khoury, on behalf of the General Manager, signed an agreement with Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company represented by its General Manager Mr. Ibrahim Al-Thaher by which Jordan Ahli Bank is to handle all the Company's bond issuing (private placement) inside Jordan. Mr. Khoury emphasized Jordan Ahli Bank's efforts in bridging private banking services within the Jordanian capital market along with providing comprehensive support services for securities issued by companies and corporations, while stressing further the Bank's leading role in providing private banking, support and complement services since 1999.
Moreover, Mr. Khoury reassured the Bank's commitment towards accelerating the Jordanian economic growth and to further activate the Bank's role in the Jordanian capital market through the Bank's licenses to act as (Issuance Manager, Issuance Trusteeship, Investment Manager, Investment Trusteeship, Custodian, Financial Advisor, Paying Agent and Registrar), in addition to developing the investment banking industry through the group's specialized staff and expertise that facilitates communication with targeted companies providing them with financial, technical and investment insight to better identify the appropriate methodologies that are most suitable to the sector in which they operate.
