ALBAWABA - At least six people were injured as a result of the debris from an intercepted drone in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, on Thursday, the UAE's media office said.
"Authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi responded to an incident involving falling debris at two locations in the ICAD 2 area, following the successful interception of a drone by air defences. The incident resulted in six minor to moderate injuries to Pakistani and Nepalese nationals," Abu Dhabi media office announced in a statement.
The statement also read, "The public is reminded to obtain information from official sources only, and to avoid the spreading of rumours or unverified information."
