The value of land transactions registered Saturday (24/9) in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 82 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 8 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 39.6 million paid for a 7925 sq feet area in Naif. An amount of Dhs 20 million, for a 3402 sq feet area of land in Al Buteen, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 8.8 million paid for a 16000 sq feet area in the Al Qusais First district.
The single biggest plot sold was 16000 sq feet at Al Qusais First for the sum of Dhs 8.8 million. The second biggest was the 15000 sq feet area in Al Warqa First that sold for Dhs 4.875 million.
