Imdaad finalizes agreement to provide comprehensive FM services for RTA

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the UAE, has announced that it has recently signed a contract to provide total facilities management (FM) and electromechanical services to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The new agreement is in line with Imdaad's strategy of working closely with government organizations towards realizing their business objectives, and establishing the company as a leading brand in the field of FM services and solutions in the GCC. Under the agreement, Imdaad will provide the RTA with maintenance services for electrical, mechanical and specialized systems. 

The strategic partnership will ensure optimal, safe and efficient maintenance and care of all of RTA's facilities through a dedicated team of highly trained and experienced FM professionals from Imdaad, who will adopt sustainable best practices in the delivery of FM services. This will be invaluable in supporting the RTA achieve greater success in its management of Dubai's roads, public transport and traffic systems. Moreover, Imdaad's integrated FM solution is expected to deliver long-term cost savings for the RTA and boost its productivity and operational flexibility.
