ALBAWABA - -Lebanese female artists celebrated Easter today, Sunday, according to the Western Church's calendar, and a number of female artists, led by Yara and Maya Diab, tweeted to congratulate their followers on the occasion.
Easter is a Christian feast commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Easter is a significant time of year for many Christians since it commemorates the triumph of life over death. Many non-Christians also have a holiday around this time, making it a great time to travel or spend time with friends and family.

While the artist Maya Diab said on Twitter: “Christ has risen, he has truly risen! God willing, he will return to you with health and goodness, specifically to my homeland, Lebanon, O Lord of peace and relief.”

In a related context, Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, congratulated the Lebanese and members of Christian sects on the occasion of the glorious Easter, expressing his hope that Easter will serve as a station for the Lebanese to extract the lessons, lessons, and values embodied by this glorious human spiritual occasion in sacrifice, hope, and hope in order to lay the groundwork for resurrection and salvation.
