xQc loses $700,000 after betting on Kamala Harris
News about xQc losing a whopping $700,000 in Bitcoin after betting on the 2024 US Elections swarmed social media due to screenshots being shared by big users on Musk's X (formerly known as Twitter). The screenshot in question showcased that the streamer managed to cash out around $650,000.
After cashing out, xQc's chat was seen making fun of him for making such a bet in the first place.
On Nov. 5, xQc took to his official X account and wrote, "This better-hit lmao, the odds are too good I had to. Don't get it twisted. PS: Don't get mad... I can't even vote since I'm Canadian." In anticipation of the bet, he put for Kamala Harris.
One user replied to his post with, "What a waste of 700k. look at the data bro. This ain't going Kamala's way."
Another added, "You could’ve donated that 700K$ to a charity instead of burning it."
