The Voice Arabia Season 3 winner, Jordanian singer Nidaa Sharara, responded to rumors that she has taken off her hijab.
To those in doubt, the Muslim starlet is still well and truly committed to her faith.
Nidaa addressed the rumors in a Facebook post, saying, "I held on to a dream and a principle, I'm not a fan of those who compromise in order to get what they want. All you need to do is to listen to my voice, not judge me (for the way I look)."

In other confirmed news - away from rumors - Nidaa is currently preparing to release her first ever album.
The singer has already finished recording a solo single and will release it in the near future.
Nidaa said that she expects to receive many negative comments along the way, but she's determined to turn them into positive energy and to do everything in her power to represent herself and her hijab in a clean manner.
