New experiences are always exhilarating, so it must have been super exciting for Carole Samaha to perform at the annual Cultural and Arts Jerash Festival for the first time.
The crowds went wild for the starlet. The packed-out theatre saw fans singing along to her music, confirming just how popular she really is.
Middle East news portal Elaph reported that the singer was touched by the audience's reaction, thanking them for the love they've shown.
The diva may be at the top of the charts, but she said it was an honor to perform at the prestigious event for the first time in her career, which we hope won't be the last!
Over the years, Carole isn't the only big name in Arab entertainment to grace the festival. Stars Najwa Karam, Nawal Al Zoghbi and Kazem El Saher have likewise livened up the night in Jerash.
At the end of her performance, Carole was honored by the head of the festival who said: "The participation of Carole in Jarash gives the festival a special prestige and elegance."
Following the performance, the busy bee returned to her hometown to prepare for a grand musical titled "Al Saydah," scheduled to be shown on August 10 at the Casino du Liban.
