Carole Samaha made it to Cairo to celebrate the wild success of her latest album “Ihsas” (Feelings). The X-Factor judge was surrounded by members of the media alongside the “Rotana” acting director at a press conference where she expressed her excitment and gratitude to the country of Egypt for making her album the highest selling record four weeks running. She wished a return blessing of stability upon them.
Carole, who loves to sing about relationships between people, also shared the dish on how it’s going down between her and Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny, whose album she knocked down to second place. She said there’s no comparison between them because they have two different styles. Maybe she was just being gracious, but she said that Tamer’s popularity in Egypt and around the region exceeds hers.
Nicely done, Carole. Nicely done.
Carole might have crazy success, but she’s assured us she’s not crazy in the brain for releasing an album on the unluckiest day of the month. She actually chose March 13th for the release of “Ihsas” to prove to people that the superstition is nonsense and luck has had nothing to do with her accomplishments. She has a very hard work ethic. She said she's like a soldier, focused on her career with a weekly plan full of all the goals she wishes to achieve for that specific week.
Some call it luck, Tamer might think it's war, but no one can beat Carole "the soldier"'s sucess right now. What do you think?
