ALBAWABA - A series of videos recently flooded Instagram, capturing Iranian women destroying their makeup products from Huda Beauty after the influencer reportedly reshared a pro-Iranian Islamic regime post on her story.

Anti-regime activists and protestors took to platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) and urged Huda Beauty fans to boycott the makeup mogul's products. A social media user wrote on X, "Boycott @hudabeauty. She posted nothing about the massacre of Iranians, and chose to post regime propaganda instead."

Others accused the influencer of sharing "pro-regime propaganda," following a screenshot of Huda's Instagram story where she shared a video of Iranians burning photos of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump, and exiled Iranian politician Reza Pahlavi.

Additionally, several other anti-regime activists urged the French brand Sephora to drop its contract with Huda Beauty because of her political stance on several topics, including Iran.

While some Iranian women filmed themselves destroying the products, others shared clips either throwing the influencer's products in the trash or setting them on fire in protest.
