Tunisian actress Hend Sabry in 'Visit Tunisia' video, attends Dutch film festival

Tunisian Actress Hend Sabry has traveled to the Netherlands to attend the screening of two of her movies: ‘Asmaa’, directed by Amr Salama, and ‘Samt al-Qosour’, directed by Moufida Tlatli. The screenings are organized within the scope of the "Where Do We Go Now" programme, organized by the EYE film institute in Amsterdam, between 5-21 June.
 
The programme highlights the main movies made by female filmmakers in the Arab World, as well as films tacking women issues from political, social or religious perspectives.  The world-famous institute has a library, which includes over 40,000 movies from different countries.
 
Hend also took part in a video campaign "Visit Tunisia" along with other Egyptian and Tunisian celebrities such as Ramzi,Yosra, Ahmed Sakka, Angham, Mouna Zaki, Dhafer Elabidine, Latifa Arfaoui, Dorra Zarrouk, Feriel Youssef, Samira Ben Said, and Karim Abdelazi. The campaign is intended to boost tourism following the Bardo Museum attack on March 18 of this year.
 
The Tunisian actress is also know for her social activism, and is a celebrity ambassador for the UN World Food Programme, for whom she donated a dress for auction this year.
