It seems that the upcoming marriage of Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny and former Star Academy contestant Basma Bosil didn't come as a shock to the bloggers and papparazi of the Arab celeb world who saw it coming before the couple did!
The pair were spotted out and about together a number of times before they announced their engagement. Both parties claimed that they shared a purely professional relationship but this didn't stop the rumour mill swinging.
Pictures of the loved-up pair surfaced to back up claims that they were together, according to Gololy.com. But, it wasn't until much later that Tamer made a very public announcement of his love for the Moroccan beauty in a video posted to his Facebook page.
But, this rocky start hasn't turned into smooth sailing for Tamer and Basma. News of the marriage sent Tamer's fans into a frenzy, and since then rumours have emerged that the heart-throb is forcing his wife-to-be to dump the career if she's serious about their relationship.
