ALBAWABA - Sean Diddy Combs faces shocking allegations of abuse, including threats and dangling a woman off a 17th-floor balcony.

This Monday in Los Angeles, fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan sued Combs for sexual battery, mental distress, and false detention in a 17-page lawsuit. Bongolan wants $10 million for her continued emotional pain.

Bongolan claims she watched Combs and his girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura abusing each other before the Bad Boy Entertainment founder intimidated and threatened her. In September 2016, Combs allegedly dangled Bongolan over Ventura's balcony while shouting at her.

“The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,” Miller Barondess attorney James R. Nikraftar said. Ms. Bongolan refuses to let this dread dictate her life and demands that Mr. Combs accept responsibility for the damage he purposely and maliciously caused.

Combs, who pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, “firmly denies” Bongolan's allegations. “Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” Combs' legal representative told Rolling Stone. In the past year, Ms. Bongolan has voiced her desire to sue Mr. Combs and sought legal assistance. Mr. Combs vehemently refutes these grave accusations and maintains his belief in their eventual falsification.

Bongolan met Ventura in 2014 while working at Diamond Supply Co. in Los Angeles. She was a young, ambitious fashion designer. Bongolan met Combs through Ventura and believed he might give “once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to collaborate” with his firm. “Ultimately it only led to terror and abuse at his hands,” the lawsuit says.

Bongolan worked on Bad Boy Entertainment jackets, the 2016 Bad Boy reunion tour, album covers, music videos, and a Ventura apparel line for Combs and his enterprises until 2018. According to her lawsuit, working with Combs caused Bongolan to “experience violence and abuse firsthand in professional settings as well.”

Bongolan also observed "disturbing signs of an abusive relationship" between Ventura and Combs. These signs included Combs blowing up Ventura's phone if she didn't answer his calls, showing up unannounced at her apartment and "bang" on her door, and accusing others of trying to "fuck his woman."

Bongolan alleges she saw Ventura with bruises or black eyes, which Ventura claimed were from Combs, several times. Bongolan says she witnessed Combs "throw a large kitchen knife at Ms. Ventura, who, acting in self-defense, threw one back at him" during an explosive struggle.

Bongolan alleges Combs soon started “directing his rage” at her. Combs allegedly cornered Bongolan and threatened her inches from her face during a Ventura photoshoot. “I’m the motherfucking devil,” Combs said, the lawsuit said. “You have no idea what I could do to you. I could murder you.”

Bongolan says she took the threat seriously because she already knew “firsthand that Mr. Combs was a violent man,” citing his relationship with Ventura and Kid Cudi's car explosion following a brief affair with Ventura.

On Sept. 26, 2016, Bongolan and her lover slept at Ventura's Los Angeles apartment, and Combs' warnings came true. In the early morning, Bongolan heard Combs “violently” shouting and beating on Ventura's front door.

After telling her girlfriend to hide in a bathroom and lock the door, Bongolan says Combs went into the apartment and attacked her on the balcony. Combs jerked at Bongolan's breasts as she fought him and yelled at him to leave her alone.

Combs grabbed Bongolan by her armpits and lifted her up on the 17th-floor balcony banister, asking, "Do you realize what the fuck you did?" Do you know what the fuck you did?” the lawsuit says.
