Samo Zaen has taken to social media like other celebrities to show support of his favorite Arab Idol finalist. Fellow Syrian Farah Youssef is one of the final three contestants on the talent show, and Samo says she has all the characteristics of an Arab Idol and deserves to win the title.
According to Laha Magazine, Samo is working hard to choose songs for his new album, and so far has come up with ‘Al Qitah’ (The Cat) for the first track that will be a duet with a secret singer.
This album is taking up all his attention, and the star had to withdraw from the television drama "Jooz Mama" (Mama's husband) with Egyptian actress Hala Sidqi because of it.
Samo said he would look into a number of offers for the big and small screens down the road, but first things first, he must finish his album…and vote for Farah!
