The dreamy Moroccan singer just dished that he featured his very own father in his hit music video "Lm3allem". How adorable is that?! Saad said that the elderly man seen pointing his finger toward the camera, saying "Inta M3allem", is actually his very own pops. He chose to include his dear old dad, singer Bachir Abdou, in the project as a way to show his appreciation for all the support he has provided towards his son's career. He wanted to thank his old man for helping him reach this level of fame.
And level of fame he has reached! Saad's 50s and 60s inspired clip has received a record number of views on YouTube. "Lm3allem" has been watched over 100 million times since its on-line publishing three months ago.
And while his life and career and are on the up and up, the artist continued to show his tender side by giving a shout out and expressing his grief at the loss of the late, great actor Nour El Sherif.
"We pay our deepest condolences to the ent world and Arab world for the death of Nour El Sherif, and we ask God to keep his family patient and may he go to heaven," Saad posted to Facebook with a picture of the artist who passed away on Tuesday.
