ALBAWABA - Doktor Başka Hayatta begins filming as cast details and changes emerge.
Next week, filming will start on the eagerly awaited Turkish version of the hit TV show "Doc." Unless something changes at the last minute, the local version will be called "Doktor Başka Hayatta" (Doctor in Another Life) when it airs. Dass Yapım is behind the project, which already looks like it will be one of the most ambitious medical stories of the upcoming season.
One of the first important changes behind the scenes has to do with the role played by Sıla Türkoğlu. The character was first revealed with the name Mevsim, but it has now been officially changed to Elif. The change was made in the last steps to get the script ready, only days before the cameras start rolling.
The series has many great actors in it. İbrahim Çelikkol will play the role of Prof. Dr. İnan Kural, a smart and well-liked doctor at Terra Hospital. Sıla Türkoğlu plays Elif, a woman who is very important to İnan's emotional life. Şebnem Hassanisoughi (Aylin), Bertan Asllani (Toprak), Ferit Aktuğ (Ekin), Esra Akkaya (Feda), Eylül Tumbar (Zeren), Yasemin Yazıcı (Aslı), Merve Bulut (Nesrin), Berk Özgür (Ali Kocaman), Özge O’Neill Sarımola (Gülten), Aysun Demir (Rüveyda), and Nurhayat Boz (Mukaddes) are also in the group.
Prof. Dr. İnan Kural is the main character in the story. He is one of the best doctors in his field. İnan wakes up after surgery following an armed attack and is shocked to find that he has lost all memories from the past 12 years. He doesn't see his job, his relationships, or the life he took the time to build. He is made to live in a copy of his life that is totally strange to him.
He and Elif have a relationship, and the memory loss has hurt that bond. After many years, she is the only woman he truly loved, but he doesn't remember anything about her. At the same time, he still has a strong emotional link to his ex-wife, making things even more complicated.

İbrahim Çelikkol has been in series like İffet, Merhamet, Siyah Beyaz Aşk, and Doğduğun Ev Kaderindir, where he was strong and charming. He is a good choice for the part of a man who is unsure of his identity because he can show deep inner struggle.
Sıla Türkoğlu became famous with Emanet, and later Kızılcık Şerbeti made her a huge star. She is one of the most popular young actors of the last few years. Her range of emotions and strong connection with audiences add depth to the part of Elif.
"Doktor Başka Hayatta" is already creating a lot of buzz before its premiere because of its dramatic idea, emotional tension, and experienced cast.
