Irish pop-rock band The Script will headline the first night of 2015’s RedFestDXB two-day concert.
The trio, whose fourth studio album No Sound Without Silence was released days ago, have become an international phenomenon since their 2008 debut.Fronted by Danny O’Donoghue, who also served as a coach on reality show The Voice UK, the group are known for their melodic radio-friendly hits like Breakeven and Hall of Fame (with will.i.am).
Also playing on the same night will be pop newbie Kiesza, whose breakout single Hideaway has 110 million YouTube views. The fest will take place on Thursday, February 12 and Friday, February 13 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.
