If Bill Cosby is reminding us of anyone right now, it's Moroccan singer Saad Lamjarred.

But it's for no good reason, as this week another woman has cried rape, and you guessed correctly: Saad is the accused.

This is the last thing Saad needed while he's already locked up in a French prison on "aggravated rape" charges.

However, he was called out of his cell for a special hearing on 14 February (ironically) to learn of the charges pressed against him by the 28-year-old French-Moroccan woman, reported French online newspaper Le Parisien.

The alleged victim claims that following a physical struggle, Saad raped her during a private party held at his apartment in Casablanca, Morocco in the Spring of 2015.

She added that she was too afraid to speak up at the time because of the "shame" this would have brought on her family.

However, after two other women accused Saad of rape, she decided it was safe to speak out.

The unidentified woman's family pressured her into dropping the charges against Saad in October 2016, but that did not prevent police from investigating the incident further.

Meanwhile, Saad has denied any knowledge of the incident, and even going as far as denying to having ever met the woman in question.

Earlier this month, two lawyers stepped down from Saad'a defense team, citing "time limitations" as the reason.
