The 30th “Timgad International Song Festival” will be launched in Algeria.
A large number of the Arab music artists will join in this year’s festival, like famous Lebanese artist Nawal Al Zoghbi, Tunisian artist Latifah Al Arfawi and Wael Jasar. The Syrian “Mawal” will perform, as well as a number of artists from Morocco and South America.

According to the London daily Elaph, a number of famous Arab artists did not confirm their participation in the festival, like Syrian artist Asala Nasri, Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker and Algerian artist Shab Khaled.

If Asala makes it to the festival she will sing the Algerian song “Khilkhalik Mal Ya Teflih” (Baby, Your Ankle Bracelet Moved) for the Algerian singer Rabeh Diryaseh.
