In the 90s, Latin American soap operas, like Mexican singer-actress Thalía's "Marimar," were the only international series to be dubbed into Arabic in the Arab world.
Nowadays, dubbed Turkish, Korean and Bollywood series and movies dominate Arabic TV.
But in an unexpected turn of events, Lebanese TV dramas "Cello" and "Samra" have been dubbed into Spanish for Latin American and Spanish audiences.
Gorgeous Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim stars as the lead in both dramas, and she has expressed her utmost delight at starring in the first ever Arab dramas to be dubbed into Spanish or any other language.
"A new success has reached the West. I can't express how happy I am at my success going beyond the Arab world. Thank you, dear God," Nadine wrote on Instagram.
We must admit, Nadine's "Spanish" voice is really sexy!
