This week, the victim of this fashion crime was Indian superstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who walked the Cannes red carpet in a Rami Kadi dress that was recently worn by Lebanese superstar Myriam Fares at a private wedding performance in Dubai.

The Bollywood superstar is a fan of Lebanese fashion designers' work. The proof? She wore two stunning gowns by Elie Saab and Ali Younes at the 69th Cannes Film Festival this week.
As for the Lebanese lush, she's no stranger to her home-bred designers' work - especially Rami Kadi's - and is regularly seen in their creations on stage across the world.
