Palestinian star Mohammed Assaf's new music video "Seyouf El Ezz" is a heartwarming collaboration between him and his fans.
The Arab Idol's fans sent in hundreds of short clips of themselves performing different types of dance, mainly the traditional Palestinian Dabkeh, many of which were hand-selected by Assaf to appear in his video.
Towards the end of the video, Assaf left a sweet thank you message for his fans, which read, "My dearest fans, thank you for taking part in my music video. My success is because of you and your endless support. You are my partners in this journey and always will be. Love you all. Mohammed Assaf."
The upbeat single was written by Saeed Hadifeh, composed by Rawan Raed and will be included in his new album, set for release next month.
At 27, Assaf is a household name in the Arab world and internationally. Not only is he a very talented singer, but, as a UN Goodwill ambassador, he continues to use his fame for promoting peace in his hometown Gaza and Palestine.
