Egyptian director Dawood Abdel Salam revealed that he has chosen young Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi and actor Amro Yusuf for the leading roles in his new film “Rasael Hubb” (Love Letters).
According to the website Al Nashrah, Mina is also currently working with director Khaled Mari to put the final touches on the television drama “Niran Sadiqah” (Friendly Fires). In the new show, Mina will be the main actress and the drama is scheduled to air during the Ramadan season of 2013.
The last film Mina took part in was “Baed Al Mawqi’ah” (Aftermath) in which she starred alongside Basim Samrah, Nahed Al Sabai and Fedra. The film was directed by Yusri Nasrallah.
