Maya Diab is under fire again after pulling out of a cancer charity event without a single explanation or apology.
The Lebanese singer failed to turn up at the "Bless the Dress" fundraiser, which takes place from September 26-October 6.
"Bless the Dress" is organized by the company La Lista. Celebrities are invited every year to sell their dresses and donate profits to the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon.
Although Maya promoted "Bless the Dress" on her personal Instagram page, children with cancer were left disappointed when the diva was a no show.
One question remains: Why did Maya promote an event that she wasn't going to attend, even after specifically telling her fans that "we will meet there"?
Perhaps one should give Maya the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions. And let's not forget, there are still nine days to go before the event is over... you never know, she might turn up!
