Egyptian singer Marwa Naser has been undergoing intensive treatment in hospital after doctors decided she need stomach surgery. Friends of the young artist told Saiditi magazine that despite the seriousness of the surgery, Marwa had been left in the dark about what was causing her sickness.
The star was known for her appearance on Star Academy in 2008 but since then she has forged a successful career in the singing business. Her first album 'Sineen' (Years) was a hit and since then she has been releasing popular music videos online.
