Lebanese superstar Majida el Roumi has sadly announced that her beloved mother has died on Tuesday.
Mary el Roumi long battled illness before her body finally surrendered and she passed away several hours ago.
The 59-year-old singer was by her mother's side at the time of her death.
Majida posted a photo of her late mother on Facebook, accompanied by a condoling message that read:
"Deepest sympathy, those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always be near, still loved, still missed and very dear."
