The Atlanta artist will be performing at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Jazeer Ghantoot on April 29.
According to Gulf News's tabloid!, the 'Losin Control' singer will be launching a new organiser and brand titled 1520, which "highlights the current global renaissance of urban culture and the deep history of hip-hop."
Russ's brand will encourage aspiring local acts to pursue their skill, as well as enticing international acts to visit the Middle East. Word!
Russ's brand is named after 1520 Sedgewick Avenue, a spot in New York that's recognised as the birthplace of hip-hop.
Wanna see the 24-year-old rapper in action? Tickets cost between Dh250-Dh550 and doors open at 6pm, before Russ kicks off his performance at 8pm (until 11pm).
