In 2018, Mahmoud Yassine had enjoyed a family gathering with his daughter Rania Mahmoud Yassin and her husband Muhammad Riyad.
Rania posted a picture from the gathering on her Instagram account, and captioned it: "With my wonderful father, God bless you my love."
