Lebanese television broadcaster Nishan, who is also the host for the new MBC show “Al Araab”, succeeded in the last episode when he combined both the Tunisian actress Hind Sabri and the Egyptian actress Somayah Al Khashab unlike the combinations of his previous guests on older episodes. There were lots of similarities between the two actresses in their careers and in their private lives. There were lots of things to talk about during the episode.

Lebanese singer Dina Hayek sang on Al Araab stage a number of her songs “Jareb Al Ghirah” (Try Jealousy), “Wallah Tayeb” (I Swear He’s Good) and “Badi Habibi” (I Want My Love).

According to the London daily Elaph, Nishan talked about their life journey with acting and brought up both of their beginnings and ended up with both actresses last conflicted work “Al Jazirah” for Hind Sabri and “Heen Maysarah” for Somayah Al Khashab. Both actresses talk about how hard the roles were.

Nishan talked about the “Al Araab” for hind Sabri the person who discovered her and it was Tunisian directed Nori Bo Said. He won many international awards and he truly believed in Hind Sabri’s talents and stood by her side. Hind is grateful for Nori and she can never pay him back for believing in her.

On the other hand Somayah’s “Araab” is the famous Egyptian actor Salah Al Sa’dani who supported her in the beginning of her journey and also believed in her singing and acting talents. Nishan then moved to Somayah’s singing talent, where she went up on stage and sang for the famous Lebanese singer Fairouze “Kona Nitla’a Min Ashyeh” (We Used To Meet In the Evenings). After Somayah was done with her song both she and Hind sang for the Lebanese singer George Wasoof “Kalam Al Nas” (People’s Talk).

On the second part of the show, Nishan asked the two actress daring questions about their private lives to clear up the marriage and divorce of Somayah and the breaking off of Hind’s engagement. Hind went on saying that the celebrities private life is like a product that is being sold off, because they live under the spotlight. On the other hand Somayah said that people don’t want to know about their private life, but the journalists want to sell their newspapers and magazines.

Both actresses answered the conflicted questions that are asked in a private room during the show. The guests are given a choice whether to answer the question or not and both choose to answer them. Hind’s question was about rumors of the breaking off of her engagement. Rumor has it that Hind and her fiancé Muhammad Hafthi broke their engagement, because Hind attended a concert with the Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi. Hind denied the rumors and she added that she is still good friends with Hafthi. Somayah on the other hand was accused of choosing to marry men who are well off financially. Somayah went on saying that there is nothing wrong with choosing a guy who is well off.

Both Somayah and Hind took the honors with Nishan to award the well known Egyptian cinema star Madiha Yusri, who came from Egypt to stand up on Al Araab Stage and be part of Hind and Somaya’s episode.
