ALBAWABA - Haifa Wehbe took to social media to voice her displeasure and threatened to take legal action, Following the removal of tracks from her album "Baba Fein" from the TikTok platform.

Rotana reportedly said, "The talk is completely wrong," and said that if any songs had been cut from their production, Haifa should be notified. They would also get in touch with TikTok to find out the real story.

Songs that are submitted by users and have the original audio are protected by copyrights, not ones where the music is selected from inside TikTok, according to followers' comments via X.

Haifa issued a statement through X, stating, "I don't have a precise response for those who inquired about the abrupt removal of my song videos from the TikTok platform by Rotana Company. Regarding the deletion of my songs that the company produces."

"Because they made a hasty emergency decision on me, they did not include us in the picture," she continued. However, the business stopped me and removed the album's tracks, asking, "Baba Where?" To be clear, I am the only owner of the album Baba Fein. No production company has the authority to remove any of its tracks from any platform without facing legal repercussions.

She also declared that she would file a lawsuit, saying, "My Beirut-based legal company has proceeded to look into this unlawful behavior. For the record, Rotana did not really own the album; rather, it just held the distribution rights for three years, during which time it has continued to hold it. In response to the many inquiries, it was important to provide clarification. Thank you."
