Egyptian ‘Lady of the Screen’ Faten Hamama has decided to integrate footage of the murder of Palestinian child martyr Mohammad Durra into her latest series, Wajh El Qamar (Face of the Moon).
Hamama’s role fits the idea perfectly, since her character is a talk show host who deals with regional political, social and economical issues.
The actress said that the series will air on Arab Satellite channels in the coming Ramamdan.
She told Al Sharq El Awsat newspaper “I was very scared when I saw what is happening to Palestinian children and citizens during the past weeks, due to the attacks of the Israeli enemy. I kept following up on the Arab and western satellite channels,” said Hamama.
“Till when is Israel going to be this monstrous?” she added.
